Shooter will not play your stupid blame game because he already knows where you want to place the blame.

The issue is not why it spreads or that we don't have a cure and won't for at least a year or that it kills people.

The issue is that our government threw $3 TRILLION at us, money we don't have, money that is little more than a blatant vote buying scheme.

And now they want to throw another $3 TRILLION at us. And to do what?
    Find a cure?
    Ease our suffering?
    Make us less fearful?
Show us whats really going on?

Nope. Social engineering and vote buying. With money we do not have.

    Excellent goals!
We didn't need to shut down the economy, but keep open home depot and walmart.
We didn't need to pay each unemployed person an ADDITIONAL $600 A WEEK, literally paying them as much as double what they would make working.
Or pay business to pay their unemployed workers who have been collecting that bounty of unemployment.
Or send hospital ships to New York that literally had people standing at the docks looking for patients to treat.

We could have spent 1% of that amount to get accurate tests and reporting and had a much clearer picture of what we're dealing with, rather than being 4 months into this thing and not even knowing infection or mortality rates.

But hey, wear your mask knuckleheads, its the one sure thing we've figured out.
    Well, mostly figured out.

Well I see the White House has thankfully dropped the demand for a payroll tax cut in their stimulus plan. Trump wanted to cut taxes on SS and Medicare but the GOP wouldn't go along with it.
So there's a silver lining in this mess.

Dont get confused, I know you been sucking in way too much carbon dioxide, but....The White House reluctantly dropped its bid to cut Social Security payroll taxes, “It won’t be in the base bill," said Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, killing the idea for now.

Democrats are calling for $430 billion to reopen schools, bigger unemployment benefits and direct aid checks and a sweeping $1 trillion for state and local governments. Democrats want another round of $1,200 checks to most American adults.

Still, some Republicans said they were unlikely to vote for any new aid.

“I just don’t see the need for it,” Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin told reporters on Wednesday.

The breakthrough on $25 billion in testing money was key after days of debate between Republicans and the White House. There will also be $26 billion for vaccines and $15 billion for research programs at the National Institutes of Health.

While also keeping in mind...just 60 % of the initial $3 trillion has been spent.

Schumer, Democrats to push through partisan COVID relief bill

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 4:45 PM PT – Tuesday, February 9, 2021

Senate Democrats are insisting on pushing through a COVID relief bill, despite already having their sights set on impeaching President Trump. While Tuesday’s trial was front and center, a Democrat-led House committee continued to draft legislation on Joe Biden’s nearly $2 trillion measure.

Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) claimed the impeachment trial would not “throw a wrench” into passing the stimulus package by mid-March.

The measure has faced criticism from the right for being one-sided, despite Schumer’s claims that he welcomes GOP support on the relief bill.

“We are working when we can with our Republican colleagues to produce a big, bold piece of legislation that will help us deal with and get out of this awful, awful crisis,” Schumer stated. “We look forward to working with Republican colleagues to make this COVID package a reality.”

In a tweet on Monday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) blasted the relief bill, saying a proposal to increase the federal minimum wage would put 1.4 million Americans out of a job.

McConnell said killing jobs and destroying opportunity is the Biden administration’s idea of pandemic relief.

    upload_2021-2-10_4-28-50.png

---The first passed relief bill has not been spent yet...now, what we have is another spending bill that will likely be spent on pork projects...domestically and abroad.

Not to mention a legal form of money laundering and extortion, just like all the leftist endorsed bills have been for the past 3 decades.

Report: SBA refuses to answer questions on approval of PP loans for Planned Parenthood, affiliates

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 8:10 AM PT – Tuesday, February 9, 2021

A new revelation is shedding light into coronavirus loans lawmakers have said were unlawfully given to Planned Parenthood. A groundbreaking report released by the Daily Caller showed the Small Business Administration (SBA) hid communications it had with Planned Parenthood regarding controversial Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans given to the company.

Back in early 2020, a total of 37 Planned Parenthood affiliates received small business loans. Many Republicans have said these funds were obtained illegally. They argued the company was far too big to be illegible for those loans, which were meant to go to small businesses with fewer than 500 employees.

“Irrespective of whatever line of business they were in, their parent company’s sitting on net assets of over half a billion dollars,” stated Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.). “And no affiliate of that organization can even operate or exist without approval of that board, so they directly violate the affiliation rules and they should have known that.”

The emails, released to the Daily Caller under a Freedom of Information Act request, were heavily redacted. However, they do show there were conversations between Planned Parenthood and the SBA regarding the PPP funds in May of 2020.

All in all, Planned Parenthood and its affiliates received about $80 million in PPP loans. This came despite the company admitting in a March 2020 press release that it would be ineligible for the loans under the coronavirus stimulus program.

In May 2020, a group of Republican legislators sent a letter to the SBA asking how so many Planned Parenthood affiliates were able to receive the funds, but they received very little response with the SBA stating it would not comment on the matter.

Most recently, Republicans sent another letter to the SBA in January asking for a probe into how those funds were dispersed. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ariz.) called this “naked attempts to defraud the United States government.”

However, those inquiries fell by the wayside and it remains unclear what the SBA has done to investigate the worries expressed by lawmakers.

Dems use slim majority to push $1.9T bill through Senate

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 5:35 PM PT – Saturday, March 6, 2021

Top Senate Democrats steered the upper chamber to the left as they used their slim majority to pass Joe Biden’s massive coronavirus relief bill. On Saturday, the Senate voted 50-to-49 to pass the nearly $2 trillion package. Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska) missed the vote for personal reasons.

This came after senators toughed it out in Washington D.C. by hashing out differences in more than 24 hours of deliberations, delays and backdoor deals.

“It’s been a long day, a long night, a long year, but a new day has come and we tell the American people: Help is on the way,” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) stated. “When Democrats assumed the majority in this chamber, we promised to pass legislation to rescue our people from the depths of the pandemic and bring our economy and our country roaring back. In a few moments, we are going to deliver on that promise.”

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) almost knocked Democrats’ momentum off its tracks over issues he had with extending unemployment benefits. Manchin even signaled support for Sen. Rob Portman’s (R-Ohio) proposal to extend benefits through mid-July instead of mid-September. However, Joe Biden allegedly used the power of the high office to twist Manchin’s arm and keep him in-line with the Democrat Party.

“Voters gave Senate Democrats the slimmest possible majority,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) stated. “Voters picked a president who promised unity and bipartisanship. Democrats’ response is to ram through what they call ‘the most progressive domestic legislation in a generation’ on a razor-thin majority.”

Republicans in the upper chamber decried Democrats’ efforts to push through what some have branded a “liberal wish list.” Many in the GOP criticized proposals that aim to bail out struggling blue states and fund programs unrelated to the coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, they condemned leaders in the Democrat Party for apparently not including Republicans in negotiations on what should be in the package.

“We could have worked together to speed up victory, but our [Democrat] colleagues made a decision their top priority was not pandemic relief, it was their Washington wishlist,” McConnell noted. “So, Mr. President, colleagues, I strongly recommend a no vote.”

In the meantime, the bill is expected to head back down to the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives Tuesday to vote on the amended bill. However, some Democrats fear more progressive members won’t support the bill after senators stripped the proposal to hike the federal minimum wage.

If the bill is passed without any hiccups, it will be sent to the White House for final approval.

Proposal to block illegal immigrants from receiving stimulus blocked by Senate Democrats

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 1:10 PM PT – Saturday, March 6, 2021

A GOP-backed proposal to block illegal aliens from receiving stimulus checks was blocked by Democrats. Split by party lines, the amendment failed 49-50 in the upper chamber on Saturday.

Bill sponsor Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said Democrats COVID relief fails to address the “real needs” of Americans, while spending taxpayer dollars on illegal immigrants.

This came after several Democrats broke from their party to support a similar bill, but were shut down by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).

Reports said Cruz’s proposal would have saved taxpayers nearly $8 billion.

“The question for the American people to answer is, should your money, should taxpayer money be set? $1,400 to every illegal alien in America,” Cruz stated. “This amendment provides that it should not, that stimulus checks should only go to American citizens or to people lawfully present.”

Democrats suggested Cruz exaggerated funds going to illegal immigrants, despite concerns about the issue within their own party.

When the employer submits a W-2 form and a tax payment on those workers’ behalf to the Social Security Administration, the federal government holds onto those payroll taxes, even if the Social Security number isn’t linked to anyone on file. And then, a large chunk of that money ends up in the Social Security trust funds, from which retirement benefits are doled out to aging Americans.
      That's me!

Rixer, if that is true they have changed it.
All taxes collected from a SS number that is in question goes into a fund. Several years ago the fund had grown so high the government stopped letting the public know what the balance was.
The tax money from stolen SS numbers went into the fund. The fund was never used for anything and continued to grow.
You do know politicians would not allow that much money to collect and just set there. It has been going somewhere and it isn't back to the tax payers.

Criminals still in prison to get Covid relief Check inserted by the leftists in the House, and passed in the Senate on party line vote.

Prisoners got covid relief checks when Trump was president also. The IRS changed the rules so prisoners couldn't recieve them but it was struck down in court and they have to issue the checks to those who are otherwise qualified.

Have you ever wondered what happens to all the money collected for Social Security that beneficiaries don't get?

What happens to the money assigned to people using false identities, or names matched with the wrong Social Security Number (SSN), or newlyweds who forgot to register their name changes with the Social Security administration?

The answer lies in a little-known aspect of the Social Security behemoth known as the Earnings Suspense File (ESF).

The ESF has become a hotbed for debate over everything from immigration rights to identity theft, as it continues to accrue money at roughly $6 billion a year, with the total as of 2005 sitting at $519 billion.

As MSNBC reporter Bob Sullivan put it in an interview with ConsumerAffairs.com, the ESF is part of a "grand mystery," wherein money seems to disappear. But where does the money come from, what happens to it, and why isn't more being done about the problem?

The bill passed by the House and Senate now goes to conference to iron out the differences and eventually President Biden/Harris will sign whatever emerges.

It still is, and always has been, a pork bill. Yes, it includes a $1,400 payoff to Americans (and ILLEGAL MIGRANTS), and bonus unemployment benefits (The prior bonus unemployment benefits went mainly to frauds who gamed the system, to the tune of over $11 BILLION in California, $6.5 BILLION in Colorado and similar amounts from other states) and tax credits and payoffs of different flavors.

But it also includes pork, as in $11 BILLION for Nancy Antoinettes light rail boondoggle in San Francisco, and $135 MILLION for the national endowment of the Arts, ANOTHER $135 MILLION for the National Endowment of the Humanities, $200 MILLION for the Institute of Museum and Library Services, $10 MILLION for Native American Language Preservation And Maintenance, $150 MILLION for the Wage and Hour Division, the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, the Office of the Solicitor, the Mine Safety and Health Administration, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to carry out COVID–19 related worker protection activities, and for the Office of Inspector General for oversight of the Secretary’s activities to prevent, prepare for, and respond to COVID–19.

There's also a new authority to address Senior citizen outreach, you know, cause Gramma is lonely, and for child care oversight and for work related claims of Covid infection. $244 BILLION worth, in fact.
    Really.

Several BILLION for transportation (Air, rail and the St. Lawrence seaway) and a blank check but at least $1 BILLION to bail out pension funds (An eighth fund shall be established for special financial assistance to multiemployer pension plans, as provided under section 4262, and to pay for necessary administrative and operating expenses of the corporation relating to such assistance.)

$9 BILLION for the Department of State and the United States Agency for International Development for our world wide response to Covid (Read, pork money for other countries).

$900 MILLION for "tribal affairs" (read tribal government pork money).

And finally, $500 MILLION for "humanitarian resettlement of refugees" in the United States. In other words, to move ILLEGAL MIGRANTS, asylum seekers, and unaccompanied minors into the United States. Read OPEN BORDERS.

There's more, oh so much more pork in this bill, so much so that it probably oozes pork grease. You can read all about it here, with no editorializing or censorship.
